with Junior standing or above. College credit can be
also be awarded on an individual basis.

Employment Policies:
Work will be evaluated after 6 months probationary
period to assess employee’s ability to handle the
job. The employee is hired for the term of the
individual grant. Employment may be extended to
other grants based on experience. All equipment is
the property of IAOD and is assigned and distributed
to IAOD employees for work purposes only. Management
has the right to access any equipment on the
premises as they see fit.
