At a few local
companies the IAOD has already started a program to
test the effectiveness of web-based interventions to
encourage organ donation. This is done by joint
marketing efforts between the company and the IAOD.
Participants are given the opportunity to learn more
about the crisis and the shortage of organs for
donation, risky behaviors that lead to organ failure
and the ability to register if they so choose.
Surveys are also administered to aid us in our
research for future program development.
